The stay was great, the staff was polite but if you need towels you have to ask to the staff everything because they don't change it automatically. The rest was cool the breakfast could be better but still OK. The swimming pool is great too.
The rooms are really basics, the beds aren't very confy. Our door made a very loud noise everytime we opened it. The staff is really nice though and they have a swimming pool (basic one in the basement, no windows).
I would only go back if I had no better choice...
I have no major complaints about this property. Considering the price paid, I believe it offers good value. The only thing I would change is the breakfast. It did not feel like an enjoyable experience; it was very basic and the quality of the food could be improved. If breakfast is not an important factor for you, this place is a great option.
The property was very clean, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I would definitely consider staying here again because of the location and overall experience, but I would not choose it because of the breakfast.
I loved that the hotel provided a microwave and ice machine in the hallway, which was very convenient. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. In addition, the breakfast service was fabulous, offering an excellent variety of options for everyone. I highly recommend it.
Pros: great location near attractions, restaurants, a nice park; roomy: comfy bed; breakfast included; tv guide with english stations noted. Cons: not very soundproof- could hear other guests in their rooms talking, kids crying; shower weak; bathtub stained; no place to plug in hair dryer in mirror area; chairs in terrible condition, sagging, no bottom support; breakfast very limited.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Large rooms but very old and modernised. Shower was terrible, hardly any water coming out. Simple adequate breakfast but ran out of butter, cheese. The whole place could be updated. Staff were polite and helpful.
Love the kitchen it came in handy hearing and coming food, nothing fancy just ramen etc.
Came with dishes, utensils cookware. Dishwasher is there and cleaned up everything by checkout time at the end.
No breakfast or pool but the proximity to Chinatown, food, and other attractions made up for it (lots are walking distance).
Parking is $35 (for our one night). They were very flexible about the car exit time and gave us a few hours beyond our checkout time. Made it nice to walk a bit around while not having to deal with the car and our luggage stored in it.
Staff are lovely, and adored our Shih Tzu (pet friendly!)

Clean rooms, old-style furniture and not the most comfortable bathroom setup. The breakfast was disappointing, and we’re not picky eaters. Boiled eggs ran out at 9 AM and weren’t replenished. I just had a coffee, which wasn’t great either. On the bright side, both evening and night reception staff, and cleaning staff were lovely.
Its not a very safe place if u have kids or pets with you. Our room was basic and the bedding was dirty and not ironed. The front desk was not helpful at all. That guy made me feel bad for not knowing french. There were drug addicts outside the lobby. I wont recommend this.
We chose the property because it said there was onsite parking and there was…..plenty of spaces and we arrived late to check in. The property was some distance from the city and there was limited places to get food in the immediate area. What was available was take away e.g Subway.
Overall the property is tired looking internally and on the outside. The interior was dark and the carpets were tired looking and tacky. Our room was certainly spacious with two Queen beds. Overall the room was clean, beds comfortable but looking closely the skirting boards in the bathroom were mouldy. The fridge in the room had seen better days and seal around the door had perished. The air conditioner was loud. There was only a coffee machine to use in the room.
The ice machine in the building was non existent, apparently removed because it was broken. However the receptionist managed to source some ice from a closed off bar within the property.
The receptionist was pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast was included in the price. Nothing fancy, basic toast and bagels, boiled eggs, baked beans, fruit, enough to start the day.
