The property was clean and well kept. All linen was provided. Plenty of room for 3 adults. Quiet and out of the way from local businesses yet close enough if need arose ie. Gas, restaurants and St Anne de Beaupre basilica. Private parking assigned to renter.

Reception staff were helpful and available when we had questions. But the unit we got wasn’t the cleanest, the toaster was broken, we had to rewash all the dishes, the bathroom had hairs on the ground. It was very well located for our event in Mont Ste Anne and that was the big plus, everything else was ok! Expedia advertised that it had both an outdoor seasonal pool and an indoor pool, but this is not the case. You have to drive 5 minutes to get to a shared indoor pool and there is no outdoor pool, that was disappointing.

As others have said the rooms/facilities are a bit dated but it’s cheaper than Tremblant and way less busy. For the money you can’t go wrong. The Staff is super warm and friendly.
