A mix between red bricks from the original walls of the 1800's and the touch of brillance for styling this renovated condo makes for a perfect experience of the oldest city in North America. This New York styled two stories condo accomodating up to 12 adults is perfectly situated in the DownTown area. Not only is it perfect on the inside, you will also find TWO huge patios giving a breath-taking panoramic view of the whole city!

This huge two story condo is simply perfect for famillies and groups looking to evade in Quebec city.

The first story offers a magnificient living room, a dinning room and a fully equiped trendy kitchen to help you cook your favorite meals or simply bring back your takeouts after a long day visiting. There is also a beautiful bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with two queen sized beds. Additionally, you will find a patio with a table to eat out giving a towering look over Saint-Joseph street.

On the second story, you will find a lounge to take a drink or read your favorite book. There is also another beautiful bathroom with shower one bedroom with a queen sized bed and one bedroom with a king sized bed. We also offer a third bedroom that has one queen sized bed and one double bed, only accesible via another bedroom however. Finally, you will find another patio with a breath-taking view of both the mountains up north and the upper city down south.

This condo is a must-see if you are traveling with your family or with a group of friends in Quebec city!

*The condo is situated on the fourth and fifth floors. You will need to climb three sets of stairs to reach it.

**The fireplace does not work, for decorative purposes only.

The parking lot is a minute walk away. The address is 685 rue Sainte-Marguerite. It’s only 20$ CAD per day. You also have an unloading zone right in front of the condo, so you can drop your luggage and then go to the parking lot.

My Family (all adults now). Had a Tremendous visit and definitely would use Dominique’s rental . Gorgeous, clean, and excellent location..

loved the patio and kitchen and cleanliness, the area had a lot of homeless people camping out in front of buildings and a little far from the old city for walking distance for anyone who isn't physically fit with all the hills to get there.
