Ce condo sur deux étages style New-Yorkais pouvant accueillir 12 adultes est parfaitement situé au centre-ville de Québec. Non seulement ce condo est parfait à l\`intérieur, vous avez aussi DEUX immenses terasses qui permettent une vue panoramique à couper le souffle sur la ville entière! Cet immense condo sur deux étages est tout simplement parfait pour des familles ou groupes qui sont en visite à Québec. Le premier étage comprend un sublîme salon, une salle à manger et une cuisine tendance complétement équipée afin de cuisiner vos plats préférés ou simplement vos takeouts après une longue journée de visite. Il y a également une magnifique salle de bain avec douche et une chambre avec deux lits queen, sans compter une majestueuse terasse donnant une vue surplombante de la rue Saint-Joseph. Au deuxième étage, vous retrouver une espace ''lounge'' pour prendre un verre ou lire votre livre favoris. On y retrouve également une deuxième magnifique salle de bain avec douche, une chambre avec lit queen et une chambre avec lit king. De plus, nous offrons une chambre avec un lit queen et un lit double qui est seulement accesible par la chambre qui a un lit king. Pour finir, vous y trouverez notre deuxième terasse qui donne une vue à couper le souffle autant des montages au nord que de la haute-ville. Ce condo est tout simplement un incontournable pour un voyage de famille ou de groupe à Québec! Le stationnement est à une minute à pied. L'adresse est le 685 rue Sainte-Marguerite. C'est 30$ CAD par jour. Vous disposez également d'une zone de débarcadère juste devant le condo, ce qui vous permet de déposer vos bagages et de vous rendre ensuite au stationnement. \*Le condo est situé au 4ieme et 5ieme étage de l\`immeuble. Il y a donc 3 palliers d'escaliers à monter. \*\*Le foyer ne fonctionne pas, à titre decoratif seulement. Nous serons disponibles pour vous assister en cas d'urgence, vous n'avez qu'à nous écrire ! Nous serons discrets pour que vous puissiez profiter de votre séjour en toute intimité. Saint-Roch est probablement le quartier le plus en vogue de la ville, il est urbain et \`trendy\`. Son emplacement central vous permettra de vous rendre facilement à toutes les attractions de la Ville. Marchez sur les rues Saint-Joseph et Saint-Vallier pour profiter de la meilleur offre de restaurants, boutiques et bars qui s\`y retrouvent en grand nombre ! Vous aurez aussi des épiceries ainsi qu\`une SAQ (magasin de vin et spiritueux) tout près. Aller au Vieux-Québec et au Petit Champlain à la marche et découvrez sur votre chemin les charmes de cette ville magnifique. Notre appartement est aussi vraiment proche de la station centrale de train ! Vous pouvez tout faire à pied (La marche est de loin l'option la plus facile). Cependant, si vous préférez, vous pouvez prendre le service de transport en commun. Il y a plusieurs arrêts à proximités. Si vous êtes en groupe, vous pouvez aussi commander un taxi ou un Uber, c'est bien pratique.
