Mountain was closed and accommodations provider did not consider it tjeir responsibility to in any way try to compensate or even proactively acknowldge that someonenstaying on hill would be negatively impacted. Very short sighted and will result in me, and the ski race club I am President of, to never select the mountain or those accomodation group again. We will however be sure to share our experience widely as this is the second time in 3 years this has happened to us.
