Hotel Manoir Victoria
I have been to Quebec several times . This is the first visit at this hotel. Chic and clean . Lovely staff and accommodations! Le Bedeau was the wine bar connected to the hotel . Well worth the visit . When I come back to Quebec this hotel will be my choice .
