She was informative, helpful and knowledgeable, sadly that's not to say for any of the 'normal' reception staff. Room was clean and comfortable if on the small side. Hotel garden with pools and access to beach is lovely and very relaxing. However, overall service leaves a lot to be desired; staff were inattentive at the bar around the pool and during breakfast time. The "hot" breakfast items were cold, the cold items took a while to get replenished and overall the choice wasn't great.
