Its location is perfect for visiting some of the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia, such as Mari Pintau, Kal’e Moru, Geremeas, Solanas, Villasimius, Cala Sinzias, Costa Rei, Chia, and Tuerredda.

The villa features a private entrance and a large private garden, ideal for relaxing or enjoying lunch or dinner outdoors.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Upstairs are the bedrooms and a second bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay.
