The house is located in the tourist village of Kal'e Moru, elegant residence, built along the beach of Geremeas, the village is very pleasant and there are trees and flowers.
The beautiful white sand beach, visible in photographs, is about a mile long. The house has views over the beach which is just 100 meters away. The house is on two levels: the ground floor there is a large patio overlooking the sea, a living room with kitchenette, bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, one double room, a veranda overlooking the beach, a room with two beds and a bathroom with shower. On the back there is a small garden with lawn, outdoor shower with hot water and a barbecue.
The house has a wall safe.
On the beach, 150 meters from the house there is a kiosk - bar where you can rent umbrellas, pedal boats, canoes, rafts, and you can eat sandwiches and fast food.
At 300 meters from the house there is a small well stocked market, where among other fruits and vegetables, and excellent local cheeses and pizzas takeaway or home delivery. Open from June to September.
Next to the market is a bar.

Beautiful Setting and View

We enjoyed our stay in the Villa which had all the things we needed to make it comfortable. Mario graciously provided us with a tray of delicious baked goods and wine when we first arrived. We loved the location, close to the beach and the authentic surroundings which made you feel like a local and not a tourist.

Located by a beautiful beach, very quiet in October leading to a peaceful sunny stay. Mario was very responsive and left us a welcome parcel of sweet treats. Villa was very clean and has lots of positives, comfortable mattress, great hob, fridge freezer, washing machine etc. some modernising would benefit the overall experience especially bedroom furniture, bed is very low and chest of drawers do not close or open easily. However we adjusted to the rustic charm and the location so close to the beach and easy distance to Vallasimus and its stunning beaches for a chilled week away was great. Thank you.

Wonderful house with awesome view

We very much enjoyed our 2-week-stay. The house was well equipped, in very good condition and super close to the beach. The view from the terrace and the balcony are magnificent.

Delightful and perfect beach side hideaway - great for couples or families!

From the start when Mario showed us round his villa (Mario - grazie mille per le dolci di Sardi!) through to leaving with tans and sand between our toes, we had the perfect beachside holiday. The photos of Mario's villa are only part of the story and going there just shows how much more there is to it. The beach is very much only 100 metres away and is super. We went in mid September so we felt we had the hamlet of Geremeas to ourselves which we loved. The scent of jasmine is there when you have your morning coffee on the terrace outside and again in the evening as you eat wonderful Sardinian produce. Bougainvillea and hibiscus flowers are everywhere which make you feel as though you are somewhere tropical. We found that a car was necessary to get around (there is a mini market in Geremeas for basics right next to the great trattoria which provided super morning coffee and evening aperitifs - there are huge Carrefours and Conads around 30-40 mins away either to Villasimius or Cagliari) and there is ample car parking around 50 metres from the villa. The villa is immaculate and entirely charming - you have everything you need for a beach holiday (a huge fridge, gas hob, electric oven, outside washing machine, 2 shower rooms, 3 bedrooms, living/dining area and day dawdling terraces upstairs and on the ground floor (I lost hours reading and watching the view - seeing the sun rise in the morning was addictive viewing). Thank you to Mario for a super stay - we enjoyed every moment!

Super Ferienhaus bei tollem Gastgeber

Wir hatten Ende April bis Anfang Mai eine schöne Zeit im Ferienhaus von Mario. Der Blick von der Terasse auf das Meer ist super, wir haben deshalb immer draußen gegessen. Im Hinterhof ist noch ein super Grill und noch ein Esstisch. Das Haus ist sehr gut, Küche, Bäder, Matratzen, allgemeiner Zustand, Sauberkeit... alles hervorragend. Zum sehr schönen Strand von Geremeas ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Im Komplex gibt es ein kleines Bistro und einen kleinen Supermarkt. In der Vorsaison muß man für gröere Supermärkte oder Restaurants etwas weiter fahren, entweder Richtung Cagliari oder südlich Richtung Villasimius. Mario ist ein super Gastgeber und hat uns in allen Belangen sehr gut unterstützt, die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Grazie mile! Wir kommen gern mal wieder...

der optimale Ort zum Entspannen

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage zum Strand ist super. Im Herbst ist es nicht überlaufen und man kann gut entspannen. Wir hatten genug Platz im Haus und es ist toll, dass es auch eine Waschmaschine gibt. Drinnen und draußen gibt es genug Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit Mario hat optimal geklappt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Eine spezielle Erfahrung

Das Haus liegt in einer reinen Feriensiedlung. Da die Saison noch nicht begonnen hatte, gab es nur wenige Bewohner. Infrastruktur war deshalb nicht vorhanden. Strand, Umgebung und Haus waren ok. Vorsicht, das Haus ist ein Reihenhaus und sehr hellhörig.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Blick aufs Meer

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet! Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett. Es gab zur Begrüßung sogar Nachtisch im Kühlschrank! Hier sind wirklich keine Wünsche offen geblieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Unser schönster Familienurlaub

Uns,meinem Mann, mir, und unseren drei Kindern hat es sehr sehr gut gefallen. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit per WhatsApp zu erreichen. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und von dort aus ist man direkt am Strand ( 2 Minuten zu Fuß). Wir werden auf jeden Fall ganz bald wiederkommen.

Toller Urlaub

Schönes Reihenhaus, sauber und ideal zum Strand gelegen (3 Min zu Fuss) Die Räumlichkeiten war gross genug für uns 4 Erwachsene, obwohl ein Zimmer ein Kinderzimmer ist. (für die Teenager ausreichend) Wir waren sehr froh, dass bei dieser ausserordentlichen Hitze alle Schlafzimmer mit einer Klimaanlage und Ventilatoren ausgestattet war. Die Nächte waren damit sehr erholsam. Wir waren die letzten zwei Juliwochen dort, die Nachbarschaft war angenehm und ruhig. Das Meer war sehr schön, der Strand sauber und unter der Woche nicht sehr belegt. Wir persönlich finden die Strände weiter östlich schöner, aber das ist Jammern auf hohen Niveau. Der Supermarkt ist 10 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt, hatte alles und mehr was wir brauchten. Im Haus fehlt es uns an nichts, eines der besten das wir in diesen 12 Jahren Sardinien je hatten.Mario war sehr nett und jederzeit für unsere Belange erreichbar. Das Haus würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen, wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub.

Schöner Familienurlaub in der Vorsaison

Tolle Lage des Hauses, besonders schön der überdachte Balkon in der 2ten Ebene beim Elternschlafzimmer mit toller Sicht auf das Meer. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden um einen entspannten Strandurlaub zu geniesen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattetet es hat an nichts gefehlt. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuss am Sandstrand. In der Vorsaison war dieser fast menschenleer außer am Wochenende. Leider war in der Vorsaison auch noch vieles geschlossen wie z.B. der nächstgelegene Supermarkt, so waren ca. 25 Minuten Autofahrt nötig zum Einkaufen, dank des sehr großen Kühlschankes mit Gefrierfach aber auch kein Problem. Mario war super bemüht und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem hatten wir 7 wunderbare Tage in seinem Haus und können dieses wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen. Super Sandstrand und kristallklares Wasser.

Mario der Vermieter hat uns via Telefon und Whatsapp geduldig zum Haus dirigiert. Als Willkommmensgruß stand für uns ein Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank und eine Schale leckeres Gebäck bereit. Das Haus hat einen super Meerblick und der Strand ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Parkplatz mit elektronischen Tor ist vor dem Haus. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. TV und WLAN sind vorhanden. Nur die Badezimmer könnten etwas größer sein und die Duschen zeigen leichte Gebrauchsspuren. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
