The villa consists of 2 apartments on the ground floor equal and independent, and a bed and breakfast in Sardo style located at the house. This announcement is aimed at an apartment, each one has its own space and are equipped with all services, all communicating in a beautiful 2200 sqm garden.   
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, exterior loggia. All Services will be listed there.   
The Hotel is located in a strategic position, just 3 km from the coastline which runs along the best beaches from Poetto, the largest beach in Cagliari, until reaching Villasimius, in the center of Cagliari are 15 min by car.
