La cucina è equipaggiata di tutto il necessario (forno, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffé e lavastoviglie). Al piano terra una doccia esterna permette di lavarsi comodamente al ritorno dalla spiaggia e il terrazzo al primo piano è l'ideale per cenare all'aria aperta.Siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti dalla pulizia generale e l'appartamento ci ha dato l'impressione di proprietari estremamente attenti e sensibili ai dettagli. Il contatto con il signor Efisio è stato ottimo, prima della partenza, al nostro arrivo (acqua e birra fresca ci aspettavano in frigo) e durante il nostro soggiorno (grazie anche ai gustosissimi pomodori dell'orto). A 40 minuti si trovano le bellissime spiagge orientali (Simius, Costa Rei, Cala Sinzias, Porto Giunco). Cagliari è a appena 30 minuti di macchina. Di fronte alla casa, attraversando la casa e percorrendo circa 600 metri, si trova la spiaggia di Sant'Andrea, a 15 minuti verso Cagliari si trova la bella spiaggia di Poetto. Dann die Begrüßung vor Ort super herzlich (mit selbstgemachter Marmelade, Wasser und Bier im Kühlschrank!) und die absolute Sauberkeit im Haus waren echt beeindruckend! Die FeWo im oberen Teil des Hauses ist wirklich sehr groß und geräumig. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Efisio war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit! Die Lage des Hauses war für uns perfekt, da wir uns viel vom Süden der Insel anschauen wollten. Man kann aber auch zu Fuß zum nächsten Strand gehen, der mit seinem weißen Sand und dem klaren Wasser einlädt. Leider waren wir im Herbst vor Ort. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer verlief von Anfang an sehr gut. Schon kurz nach der Buchung hat er sich per WhatsApp bei mir gemeldet und stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Kurz vor der Anreise hat sich der Vermieter nochmal gemeldet und nach der Flugnummer und der erwarteten Ankunft gefragt. Als wir dann am Ziel ankamen, war er schon zum Empfang bereit. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und angenehm. Der Vermieter machte persönlich den gleichen sympathischen Eindruck, den er bereits über WhatsApp vermittelt hatte. Die Wohnung ist genau so, wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Sie ist groß und für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder vollkommen ausreichend. Der Vermieter besitzt noch eine weitere, kleinere Wohnung. Diese ist ideal für 2 Personen. Wirklich ganz toll: die beiden Wohnungen liegen direkt nebeneinander. Wenn man möchte, kann man sich jederzeit treffen. Was mir überhaupt nicht gefallen hat: Wir waren im Oktober vor Ort. Und wahrscheinlich hatten wir tatsächlich eine untypisch kalte Woche erwischt. Die Temperaturen gingen Nachts auf 14-18 Grad runter. Tagsüber wurden wieder 20-22 Grad erreicht. Leider war es in der Wohnung sehr kalt und feucht. Nachdem wir in der ersten Nacht sowohl im Wohnzimmer, als auch in den Betten gefroren haben, fragten wir den Vermieter, wie man die Heizung anstellen kann. Er erklärte uns daraufhin, dass diese schon seit langer Zeit außer Betrieb sei. Nach der zweiten Nacht versorgte er uns dann mit zusätzlichen Bettdecken. Das sorgte zwar dafür, dass man im Bett nicht mehr so sehr frieren musste. An den ungemütlichen 18 Grad im Wohnzimmer (nach wie vor bei hoher Luftfeuchte) änderte das allerdings nichts. Gemütliche Abende blieben so aus. Stattdessen saßen wir in Decken eingehüllt vor dem Fernseher und sehnten uns die Bettruhe herbei. Nach der dritten Nacht versorgte und der Vermieter dann mit einem portablen Ethanol-Ofen. Dieser roch zwar unangenehm (Ethanol eben), dafür schaffte er es aber, den großen Wohnraum auf 21 Grad zu erwärmen. Ich glaube, dass diese Wohnung im Sommer sicherlich schön ist. Ich gehe auch davon aus, dass die Nordausrichtung der Schlafzimmer dann von Vorteilen sein wird. Aber für den Herbst ist diese Wohnung ohne Heizung definitiv ungeeignet. Der Vermieter sollte so fair sein und die Wohnungaußerhalb der Sommermonate nicht mehr vermieten. Wir haben uns trotz seiner Bemühungen in unserer Urlaubswoche nicht wirklich entspannen können, weil es in der Wohnung einfach zu kalt war. ##### Michael R. September Hälfte 2019 Es war ein super Urlaub, nicht nur, weil das Wetter optimal war (fast alle Tage Sonne satt bei ca. 28 Grad und das Meerwasser war recht warm zum Baden), sondern auch weil die Wohnung von Efisio und Maria optimal ausgestattet ist und für unseren Besuch sehr gut vorbereitet war. Dank dafür an Efisio und Maria. 120 qm, 2 separate Schlafzimmer für je 2 Personen und ein Kinderzimmer mit einem Etagen- Doppelbett. Eine sehr große Wohnküche mit Zugang zu der Terrasse mit Ausblick auf die Berge. Für Grillfreunde: direkt an der Terrasse ist ein gemauerter Grill. WLAN mit Download ca. 30 Mbit/s und Upload 15 Mbit/s. Espresso Kocher in mehreren Größen, eine Kaffemaschine (die mit den Kapseln) und eine "deutsche" Kaffemaschine für "Cafe Americano". Uns gingen dann die Filter aus (Größe Nr. 4) und diese sind vor Ort nicht zu bekommen. Dann musste ein Papier- Küchentuch als Filter für den morgendlichen Kaffe- Genuss dienen. Eine Waschmaschine! Das bedeutet, weniger einpacken und zwischendurch waschen.(Strandtücher sollten selbst mitgebracht werden, denn diese werden nicht gestellt.) Wir haben viel selbst gekocht. Dazu ist die Küche voll ausgestattet und - ich liebe das Kochen mit dem Gasherd. Der Arbeitsbereich beim Kochen war etwas dunkel, wir haben das dann ausgeglichen mit zwei Nachttischlampen. Vorschlag: Hängeschrank- Unterbau- LED-Leuchten. Efisio hatte angeboten, uns vom Flughafen abzuholen. Danke. Es geht also auch ohne Mietwagen. Besser ist aber ein Mietwagen. Es gibt einen Supermarkt 200 Meter entfernt. Zum Strand sind es ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuss. Für die wirklich schönen Strände ist aber ein Mietwagen schon sinnvoll. Auch für die Ausflüge und Einkäufe lohnt sich ein Mietwagen. Zum Beispiel kann man zu guten Preisen einkaufen bei MD, Via Majorca 1, mit dem Auto ganz in der Nähe. Wer DVDs anschauen möchte oder eigene Musik hören will, sollte ein Notebook oder Tablet mitbringen. Ein DVD Player oder eine Musikanlage war nicht vorhanden. Wir haben dann auf der Terrasse das Kartenspiel Scopa gespielt. Aber Achtung, es gibt Mücken und die haben uns schon am ersten Abend recht zugesetzt. Wir haben dann alles mögliche zum Schutz ausprobiert, aber irgendwie schaffen die es dann doch. Im Reisegepäck sollte also schon ein Mückenschutz vorhanden sein. In den Supermärkten gibt es ganze Regale mit Mitteln gegen Mücken. Im Haus von Efisio und Maria haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft von Efisio und Maria. A proximité un supermarché (200m), une pizzeria (100m) pour commander des pizzas à emporter (très bonne et à un prix plus que raisonnable), plage à 600m mais galet mais il y a tellement d'autres plages à découvrir. Cagliari à environ 12km, Villasimius à 30 minutes. Le prix de la location comprend l'électricité, l'eau, les draps, le linge de bain, et le nettoyage de la maison. Die Lage war gut nur ca. 8 Min. vom Badestrand entfernt. Der Strand war nicht überlaufen und hatte glasklares Wasser. Efisio und Maria sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die den unteren Teil des Hauses bewohnen. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Die Terasse ist sehr schön, nur sollte man unbedingt Autan im Gepäck haben! Die Strände in der Umgebung haben wir nicht genutzt, wir sind immer an die 50 km entfernten Traumstrände der Costa Rei gefahren. We had a great 2 weeks in this causy house with nice garden. The house everything you need and the owners are super friendly and helpful. The house is very child friendly, like a safety stairgate of the roof terrace and a vey nice child's bedroom. I proprietari sono accoglienti, disponibili e molto dolci. E stato un piacere conoscerli. Nella zona ci sono pizzerie, market, negozzi di mare, e in più, si raggiunge Cagliari in circa 20 minuti. Il punto un pò più negativo è l'accesso al mare; si deve attraversare una strada principale per accederci a piedi.
