Quiet Holiday Apartment "Casa Dea72" Near the Beach with Air Conditioning & Terrace
Located on the outskirts of Santa Luria in the town of Cagliari, the Casa Dea72 holiday home is in a quiet neighbourhood. It is the first house of a terraced house and located on the first floor. It has a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The accommodation also has air conditioning and cable TV. Outside you will find a 2000 m² garden that is shared with the 12 neighbouring apartments and 2 terraces for your own use. Here you can enjoy tasty meals in the fresh air and end the evening with a glass of wine after a long day on the beach. Thanks to the central location, shops as well as restaurants, bars and cafés are only 650 m or an 8-minute walk away. The coast is also just a few minutes' walk away and the popular sandy beach of Spiaggia del Poetto can be reached in 20 minutes by car or 15 km. The centre of Cagliari with many sights, shops and a wide culinary selection is a 31-minute drive or 18 km away.
