Located in a tourist area, Villa Il Caminetto in Geremeas is situated in the Geremeas tourist village, just a few meters from the long sandy beach of Geremeas Residence, and offers a large outdoor area. The holiday home, part of a semi-detached house with a private entrance, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), a bathroom, and accommodates four people. You also have WiFi, fans, air conditioning, a fireplace, and cable TV at your disposal. The spacious outdoor area features a lawn with comfortable loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun, as well as several seating areas, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. Here you can prepare meals outdoors and enjoy them with your loved ones while admiring the sea view. Private parking is also included. A supermarket and some restaurants are 1.8 km away. The coastal town of Quartu Sant’Elena, with a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, and venues, is about a 30-minute drive away.
