Nestled in the peaceful Tuscan hills, about a 30-minute drive from Florence, this villa is the perfect choice for those seeking relaxation in nature while staying within easy reach of the region’s main art cities such as Florence, Pisa, Siena, and Lucca. Located in Quarrata, the villa offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. Spread over two floors, it features a living room with a sofa bed for two, a well-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, and six bathrooms, accommodating up to fourteen guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls with a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and beach or pool towels.  
  
The private outdoor area includes a hot tub (available for an extra fee and with 24 hours’ notice), garden, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Six parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed; smoking and parties are prohibited. An electric vehicle charging station is available. The property offers homemade products.
