For eg, light switches are conveniently located, with 2 toilet door openings with one near the bed and you don’t need to find your way in the dark. The sink has 2 taps to accommodate 2 persons. There is also a weighing scale, useful if you need to check the weight, including your luggage. You scan the key card to enter the room and there is zero failure rate unlike those cards which must be inserted. Through out my stay, every single hotel employee who interacted with me was very well trained, polite and tentative. They were extrodanary that I remembered most of their names: Zoe the front office manager, my life saver. I had this really important event at the golf club nearby, dressed to the nine and realized that my all my socks were still wet since I washed them last night, Zoe did her best to find me a brand new pair and saved me from the embarrassment, thank you Zoe! Andy&Tony the front office host, well trained, polite and friendly, my check in and out process took like 2 minutes in total. Especially Andy, I complained about the air conditioning in my room was not working really well, she immediately arranged another room for me and personally checked the temperature of that room, and helped me with moving. These people are awesome and I respect them for being professional and passionate to their career.
