The area wasn’t the greatest for walking around & the hotel was not easy to get to without a car (had to walk down a busy street with no sidewalk with luggage)."

"I am so grateful for the gentleman that checked me in Saturday evening!! This was the best customer service experience and I left my phone at the front desk and he made sure to deliver it before I even knew it was missing!! Such a relief to be at an honest establishment, with nice cold, clean rooms!! The housekeeping staff deserve an award! I truly appreciated how clean everything was! The hotel could use some updating in certain areas but the customer service, housekeeping, property views by the pool (pretty exotic birds) just made this a great spot in Tampa!
Please keep up the great hospitality and huge hugs to housekeeping m! not many hotels get this part right but country inn (those I’ve visited) have the best housekeeping teams; housekeeping teams are the all-stars of hotels! Muchos gracias!"
