We had an amazing experience with the hotel. From the moment we landed until our departure, everything was exceptional. The entire staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. I would like to thank everyone for their outstanding service, and give a special thanks to Saif, who went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests. He was incredibly patient, always checking in with us and texting to make sure we were doing well and felt safe. His level of care and dedication truly made our stay even more special.
