I had a fantastic stay at The Vault! The hotel is spotless, comfortable, and in an excellent location. The breakfast room was pretty small and cosy, but I had no issues finding a space, and the food was delicious! The staff were super friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, thank you for a wonderful trip!

I had a wonderful one-night stay at Svalbard Hotell - Polfareren. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made it memorable. I especially loved the practice of taking shoes off inside—it really added to the comfort and cleanliness of the space. Highly recommend for a unique and relaxing stay!

"Overall a nice hotel with an amazing breakfast. Difficult to get to eat at the main restaurant for supper so we always ate elsewhere. Also impossible to get into the jacuzzi.
