House sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. The 2 downstair bedrooms are accessible from the outside staircase. The house has a fully equipped kitchen (plus dishwasher), 2 bathrooms, a washing machine, and all that is needed for a really relaxed holiday in a laid back area on the Greek Peloponessos (Messinia). Located in very quiet natural surroundings. Wonderful views of Taigatos Mountains (Mani). Surrounded by 4,000 m2 shady olive tree orchard and garden. A 10 minute walk downhill to the beach and 7 km drive to idyllic Koroni, with seafront dining and ancient castle. 50 km from Kalamata airport or a 3,5 hour drive from Athens airport.

Am petrecut 10 zile de vis. Casa pentru noi a fost perfectă, terasa cu priveliștea spre mare este locul în care am stat 99% din timp! Ne place liniștea și natura, și am avut parte de tot ce ne-am dorit. Mulțumim gazdelor că ne-au oferit posibilitatea să petrecem acest timp în casa lor!Traducerea în germană:Wir haben 10 traumhafte Tage verbracht. Das Haus war für uns perfekt, die Terrasse mit dem Blick aufs Meer war der Ort, an dem wir 99 % der Zeit verbracht haben! Wir lieben die Ruhe und die Natur, und wir hatten alles, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber, dass sie uns die Möglichkeit gegeben haben, diese Zeit in ihrem Haus zu verbringen!

Wunderschöne Lage mit Nähe zu schönen Sandstränden und Schnorchelküste. Alles Notwendige vorhanden.

Die Terrasse mit ihrem Blick über Olivenbäume und 150° Meerblick ist unbezahlbar! Keine unmittelbar angrenzenden Nachbarhäuser. Schnelles WLAN, Spül- und Waschmaschine sind an diesem Ort ein Luxus. Tolles Wetter in der ersten Novemberwoche mit Meer 24-25° und Luft 22-26°. Niko‘s Taverne in Vasilitsi auch nach 35 Jahren noch ein Highlight zum Essengehen. Gerne wieder!

Super schönes Haus in Toller Lage und einer einzigartigen Aussicht

Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an in das Haus und seine Lage verliebt. Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannend für uns und unsere Kinder. Es gibt sehr schöne Strände in der Nähe (mit dem Auto), wir haben tolle Restaurants gefunden und uns einfach wohlgefühlt. Das Haus hat eine tolle Ausstattung, war sehr sauber und ist toll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Das Highlight ist der Ausblick auf das Meer ob am Abend von der Terrasse oder am Morgen auf den Sonnenaufgang aus dem Schlafzimmer.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus genossen. Die Zufahrt ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber dafür wird man mit einer ruhigen und wunderschönen Lage belohnt. Gerne wieder!

Vue incroyable, séjour magnifique !

La description était très précise, le lieu incroyable. Un peu difficile à trouver mais quelle vue ! Maison très bien équipée, nous avons même trouvée une poussette sur place, trop pratique ! A 15min de la plage a pied et aussi au centre d’une région pleine de plages magnifiques et de lieux historiques à visiter ! Attention, l’accès aux 2 chambres en bas se fait par l’extérieur, à prendre en compte quand on vient avec des enfants! Parfait pour 3 couples ! Bref super séjour !

Wir hatten die wahrscheinlich beste Zeit unseres Lebens!

Danke noch mal, Peter & Ineke! Das Haus, wie beschrieben, ruhig gelegen mit einem wahnsinnig schönen, unverbauten Blick aufs Meer. Eine Komplette Ausstattung für jede Lebenslage ist vorhanden, sowohl in der Küche, für draußen, einfach alles, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Umgebung, direkt am Haus ist wunderschön. (wir haben uns etwas mit freiwilliger Gartenarbeit abreagiert um etwas Stress loszuwerden). Man kann bis auf die nächste Halbinsel Mani schauen und hat jeden Morgen einen Wahnsinnigen Sonnenaufgang dem man aus dem Bett beobachten kann. Den nächsten Strand kann man von der Terrasse aus sehen und ist etwa 7min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Strand hat auch noch eine Art Secret-Strand! Der Kontakt, war ausgesprochen nett. Sowohl die Anfahrtsanleitung als auch die weitere Kommunikation war wunderbar. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder! Lieben Dank, Anna + Paul

Casa isolata ma non lontana dal paese. Bel terrazzo con magnifico panorama. Ben fornita la cucina e belli i bagni con buona scorta di salviette. Ottima per gruppi di amici e famiglie. La comunicazione col proprietario è sempre stata chiara e veloce. Necessaria la macchina.

Der Blick ist wirklich einmalig. Selbst im November bietet das Haus einen tollen Urlaub, Sonne bis 15 Uhr; dann verschwindet sie hinterm Berg. Wir haben jeden Abend draußen gegessen.

Quiet and beautiful property

We loved our stay in this house full of an artist's taste and great facilities. We enjoyed the view and the wild walk to the small beach below. The road up to the house was tricky for older folk, and house martins nested in the lounge and had to be removed energetically with a little help from the management with fish nets! The rest was peace and beauty all the way.

Traumhafte Lage mit wunderschöner Terasse und Traum Aussicht mit Schwächen bei der Sauberkeit

Das Haus befindet sich in einer tollen Lage in der Natur mit einem wunderschönen Blick über das Meer. Morgens kann man vom Bett aus den Sonnenaufgang genießen. Das Haus ist umfangreich ausgestattet, es hat uns nur ein Toaster gefehlt. Die Einrichtung wirkt zum Teil schon etwas abgewohnt und die Sauberkeit insbesondere in der Küche hat uns etwas enttäuscht. Wir haben dort aber einen wunderschönen erholsamen zwei Wochen Urlaub verbracht und können es sehr weiter empfehlen.

Une maison accueillante dans un décor de rêve !

Pour ceux qui recherchent le calme et la nature, c'est la bonne adresse ! Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans ce nid douillet perché au-dessus d'une anse magnifique. Pas de mauvaise surprise même si le chemin pour y accéder est un peu scabreux lorsqu'on arrive la première fois de nuit. Mais quel enchantement le matin au levé du soleil face de la terrasse. La maison offre tout le confort qu'on peut attendre et la déco personnalisée est très sympa. Nous avons apprécié toutes les villes, restos et plages des alentours (Peroulia, Zanga, Amoudi et Kalamaki) et celles un peu plus loin (Loutsa, Foinikounta, Methoni, Pylos, Giavola et Voidokilia Beach la plage lunaire). De superbes endroits à découvrir. Les cascades de Polylimnio nous ont rafraîchies de la canicule d'août. Nous recommandons le restaurant Barbarossa sur le port de Koroni pour ses poissons et poulpes grillés. Enfin un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur disponibilité et à Nikoletta pour sa gentillesse et sa discrétion. Allez y sans hésiter !

Die Lage des Hauses ist atemberaubend...und bleibt so eindrucksvoll. Wann immer man auf die Landzuge, das offeme Meer und das gegenüberliegende Gebirge blickt: Zum Sonnenaufgang, im Schatten bei Mittagshitze, zum Sonnenuntergang oder nachts... ein Traum! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die klinatisierten Räume echter Luxus, es fehlt an nichts. Auch der sehr verlässliche, hilfreiche und persönliche Kontakt zum Vermieter ist außergewöhnlich. Danke für einen echten Traumurlaub!

Sehr schönes Haus mit einem fantastischen Ausblick, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem erforderlichen ausgestattet. Die Wegbeschreibung hat einwandfrei gepasst und wir hatten keine Probleme den Weg zu finden! Auch Koroni ist ein sehr schöner Ort und man kann von dort auch gut weitere Ausflugsziele erreichen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und und super erholt. Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen und wir würden es wieder buchen!

Den positiven Bewertungen der Vormieter können wir uns nur anschließen. Der Blick ist phantastisch, die Ausstattung des Hauses ist komplett. Die letzten 50 Meter hinab zum Haus sind jetzt befestigt und gut zu befahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
