"The location is great, just 5 minutes walk to Phoenix Ski Resort. The owner and the staff are very nice and kind. They always offered local snacks and other services to us. The apartment is clean and equipped with a kitchen and necessary kitchenware (i.e. rice cooker, microwave, kettle, pans, pots, dishes, spoons, folks etc.). The hospitality at this hotel is 10 out of 10, especially, care and kindness of the staff."

"We were attending the Snowboarding World Cup race in adjacent Phoenix Park and couldn't find a room there. We found Orient Hotel online, knowing it was 700m away. We didn't realize we'd have to walk everywhere with no sidewalks on the main road and dragging luggage behind us. Orient Hotel looks good on the outside, poised on a hill but a terrible experience inside. DON'T GO THERE. We arrived around noon with a bus from Seoul dropping us off at Phoenix Park Resort and walked on the road...
