They were so accommodating and so friendly. We were exhausted from our flight and we slept way way late, even past the late checkout time. They were so nice about it. The coffee and tea and little pastries made available were delightful. The location can't be beat.

As compared to the previous stay when we stayed for one night, there were a few problems. The room this time was a lot smaller than the previous one. The toilet was so small that in the evening after using the toilet I banged my head to the door handle. I am still getting headaches. The hotel needs to review this room.
