It enjoys a quiet location on a 1500 m² plot with private water access. From the house, the terrace and the plot you have a fantastic panoramic view across the sea, to the island of Vilm and the neighboring harbor in Lauterbach. The house was completely renovated in 2013.
    Environment: The cultural capital of Rügen, Putbus, with the palace gardens and shopping is only 3 km. The Binz can be reached in about 15 km.
