Our apartment has a sauna, this can our guests in the period from 01\. October to 30\. Use April. Welcome to the south of the island of Rügen, in the small village of Lonvitz, near the princely town of Putbus. The 4-star holiday home stands on a large holiday property, which is ideal for families with children. In the newly built house are two beautiful, spacious non-smoking apartments. Both apartments have their own terrace with seating. Bed linen and towels are included. A playground with playground equipment awaits their little guests. Parking, laundry and storage for bicycles are at your disposal. With the narrow-gauge railway Rasender Roland, by car or by bike you can easily reach the seaside resorts of Binz, Sellin, Baabe and Göhren. Take a leisurely stroll to the idyllic harbor of Lauterbach or to the nearby town of Putbus with its 75 ha park. A visit to perhaps the smallest theater in Germany will inspire you. Purchase about 900 m. To Boddenstrand 2 km, to the Baltic Sea beach about 12 km. Arrival from 16.00 clock, departure until 10.00 clock. Die Ostseebäder sind in ca 15 Autominuten erreichbar aber dann geht die große Parkplatzsuche los. Gerade für Menschen die körperlich eingeschränkt sind ist es schwierig, direkt bis ans mehr zu kommen ohne lange laufen zu müssen. Die Wohnung an sich, war sehr sauber. Ein paar kleine Mängel wie zum Beispiel, dass das Wasser in der Badewanne nicht drin bleibt. Also man muss beim baden immer wieder nachlassen. Oder, dass keine Fliegengitter an den Türen/Fenstern dran sind, demzufolge sind wir alle mega zerstochen. Der Parkplatz ist mit etwas tiefergelegteren Autos eine Katastrophe! Mein Schwiegersohn hat sich seinen Schweller kaputt gemacht an.WLAN hat leider auch nicht genügend zur Verfügung gestanden (der Vermieter musste es aufladen). Der Zugang zur Terrasse über die Wohnung, ist nur durch eine SEHR hohe Stufe zu erreichen. Hier ist Vorsicht geboten. Die Bilder vom Wohnhaus (außen) sind veraltet. Ein gepflegter aber zugewachsener Garten der zum Entspannen einlädt. Leider sind die Spielgeräte für Kinder zu marode, dass mein Sohn diese nicht nutzen konnte.Aber an und für sich eine schöne ruhige Wohnung. Der Kontakt mit der Beauftragten (Frau Wree) Haut auch immer reibungslos geklappt und wir konnten immer auf sie zurück kommen wenn wir Probleme/Fragen hatten. ##### Melanie S.
