"The hotel is located in central Ljubiana. The building and facilities are very modern. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There are lots of excellent hot and cold options to choose for breakfast. The food is very well cooked and replenished regularly. All of the staff on reception, in the bar and at the breakfast service were excellent. Everyone we spoke to were very helpful and polite. The reception staff arranged an airport transfer for us and provided directions to a museum that we wanted visit. Hotel Occidental provides a lovely place to stay with excellent service."

"There were 2 of us on this trip to Venice then the Dolomites. We flew into Venice around 3p. Getting transportation from Marco Polo airport was easy. We used a bus. It dropped us off at the standard stop in Venice. From there we were able to wslk while pulling our luggage for just a few blocks; however, one of the 2 bridges that we had to use to go over canals did not have a ramp, and it was a little difficult. The hotel staff - Vladimir and Marco greeted us, took our luggage and brought us prosecco in their courtyard. Vladimir escorted us to our room & showed us how things in the room worked. What a great first impression! Our room was located on the 2nd floor, overlooking the courtyard. It was very clean and comfortable. We were very pleased! The bed was very comfy and it was very quiet. Great nite’s sleep! Breakfast was super great w/ lots of options. If we visit Venice again, we would definitely return to Hotell Moresco!!"

"It was my first time in this city and it was difficult to decide where to stay. I found this property and I Chide it. For my surprise it was the best decision. This apartment was amazing. "Great location. Had an issue on my first night with my room not being ready, but they moved me to the hotel room (I booked a hostel stay), for the night. No problems, straight forward and stress free. The staff are beyond excellent, and are a true highlight of the property, and my stay there. Breakfast was enough to keep me going through the morning. Roof top seating/bar is a really relaxing spot. I had no problems (the room change was swift and stress free for 1 night), no complaints, no recommendations…. My stay was perfect. I pretty much handcuffed myself to the coffee machine at breakfast for my coffee haha. Great wee machine."
