Clean, helpful staff, good choice of food. Live band on Friday but Saturday night very quiet, would have been nice to see some form of entertainment.

Arrived to the hotel poor front desk agent was very helpful and got me a room while trying to communicate with expedia. The room had the AC off and I was told at check out "sorry the manager does not want to activate"" im sorry what? This hotel should NEVER be listed as options for Bratislava as it is in a completely different city! Full price for an uncomfortable night with no sleep due to no AC??
