The hotel had a nice pool with a bar i enjoyed as well as a small gym. i had a large well appointed corner room which had a nice bathroom. The room was very clean and contemporary. "I will NEVER stay at this Arlo Wynwood again. First upon checking in we were notified of a “hidden fee”of $120 after I already paid it he hotel fees. Secondly I booked this particular hotel because on the website it showed the beautiful rooftop pool and bar and found out it was closed due to renovations. Staff said everyone was notified of the renovations but I NEVER GOT THAT NOTICE. 😡On top of that we couldn’t sleep in on our anniversary trip because of the banging and drilling due to the renovations. Horrible hotel."

"Location is excellent and the common areas very chic. I originally booked the one bedroom, but upon arrival the air conditioning was broken. The room was also a little run down and had seen better days. I said something to management and they were very helpful. For my second and third nights they moved me to the 2 bedroom which felt much nicer and cleaner. Air conditioning also worked. That being said, the shower did not drain properly. Overall, this is a nice enough place for the price, but needs to invest more in upkeep and maintenance."
