"It’s a remote location. I have a 4x4 and it was challenging to get to the hotel due to the loose rocks, especially as you get closer to the hotel. The good: remote location, very quiet with no internet access for digital detox. Good hike up to the big rock (800 meters). Good host. The bad: cabins are not well maintained. My whole family had spider bites in the morning. "

"The room was very small. The bathroom floor was one step higher than the room, which could be dangerous when one gets up at night to use it due to poor lighting and sleepiness. However, these are all minor issues comparing with what we encountered upon check-in at the front desk. We were told that while Expedia informed the hotel of my reservation, it didn't send the payment to the hotel, so I had to pay to the hotel. "The room was very small. The bathroom floor was one step higher than the room, which could be dangerous when one gets up at night to use it due to poor lighting and sleepiness. However, these are all minor issues comparing with what we encountered upon check-in at the front desk. We were told that while Expedia informed the hotel of my reservation, it didn't send the payment to the hotel, so I had to pay to the hotel. I made a credit card payment as demanded, and recieved only a credit card receipt but no hotel receipt stating the purpose of the charge. Later on, after multiple inquires about the double payments, the hotel conceded that their receptionist had made a mistake and the payment "was cancelled". After more than 10 days, the payment is still on my credit card account and further inquiries from me received no response from the hotel."
