(11 reviews) The hotel is great. Big, surrounded by nature, trees, a river, 2 excellent swimming pools and the staff is very friendly. Our room was simply perfect. The restaurant is a joke, a bad joke. They got almost nothing to serve. They dont even show you the menu because 70% of the menu is out. So you will eat what they got, not what you want. Quality of the food not good and terribly expensive. We had close-up, personal encounters with monkeys that literally climbed onto our balcony—an experience you’ll never forget and one that perfectly captures how connected this resort is to its natural surroundings. The monkeys are harmless and fascinating to watch… just don’t leave your glass door open 😉. Parador strikes the perfect balance between luxury and nature.
