M. below the village of Puntagorda and embodies the chill-out feeling "Pura Vida" in all its aspects. From here you have a sensational panoramic view of the sea, the lovely coastal landscape and the impressive vegetation in the south, west and north as well as the mountains in an easterly direction. Beautifully landscaped large and small palm trees around the villa and other tropical plants frame the grounds and many different stone terraces and give the modern villa a special charm. The atmosphere inside and outside the villa invite you to relax. The villa is perfect for 4 people, for children under 12 years it is not suitable because of the sloping terrain. The villa, consisting of two bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms, an open, split-level large living / kitchen area, impresses with its combination of simple elegance and inviting cosiness. Purist modernity is deliberately paired with Canarian tradition and, with its predominantly white color, the gaze in each room is directed by the oversized glass fronts onto the fascinating natural spectacles of the sea and the horizon. From every room of the villa, even from the bathroom and Shower, enjoy a magnificent panoramic sea view and sensational sunsets over the Atlantic in every season! The focal point of the architect complex is the light-flooded designer kitchen with cooking island and high-quality kitchen appliances from BOSCH (fridge and freezer, oven and induction hob). The very well equipped kitchen invites you to cook and feast. The extensive kitchen equipment includes a portafilter espresso machine, a juicer, wine / champagne bucket and beautiful wine, cognac and whiskey glasses. The cooking pleasure is garnished by the magnificent view from the stove or bar to the expanse of the sea. Due to the split level to the living area and the oversized windows you can enjoy a high and far reaching view. The living area offers a comfortable sitting area with a custom-made leather sofa with chaise longue, a liquor bar, a 55-inch TV with international channels (including German and Spanish), a wine rack and an elegant dining table with comfortable leather chairs. Whether you are reading, talking, watching TV, eating or drinking, from anywhere you have a fantastic view over the pool deck to the enchanting landscape and the Atlantic Ocean. The two bedrooms with their individually connected en-suite bathrooms are located in the wings to the left and right of the main complex. This gives a lot of privacy and a private terrace in front of the bedrooms. From both private rooms you have a wonderful view of the sea from the bed and also from the bathroom. The high-quality custom-made solid wood beds offer maximum sleeping comfort. This is also ensured by the orthopedic natural rubber mattresses from German manufacture and anti-allergic treatment with Neem tree seed extract. The different pillows and bedding are made of antiallergic silk and camel hair, and all linens are certified organic. We want you to relax in your sleep! Two electronically operated skylights in the individually designed roof domes provide a glimpse into the fascinating starry sky of La Palma, even from inside the house. The architecturally unique rooftop indoor domes feature LED bands in white as well as a variety of designs Colors illuminate and offer depending on your condition and activity ideal lighting conditions. All cabinets in the living / kitchen, bedroom and bathroom area as well as the beds are made of wood by a local carpenter. The outdoor furniture shows - as well as in the interior - the highest quality. So you will find luxury loungers with 10cm high cushions and an over width of 1m, which guarantee a relaxed lying. On Chillout hanging chair for 2 people invites you to read, chat, dream and sea. A large wooden table with 6 rattan chairs offers enough space for dining with friends. The open-plan old Canarian cottage on the lower terrace has a modern gas grill. At this level you have another dining table with table. A drinking water filter system saves you the hassle of dragging water bottles and helps to avoid plastic. Villa Pura Vida is located about 3km below the center of Puntagorda in a secluded location surrounded by unspoiled nature. The villa is easily accessible via a normal tar and piste road. A rental car is essential. Shops and restaurants can be found in the tranquil village of Puntagorda. Puntagorda in the northwest of the island has various small shops, a pharmacy, a butcher, banks with ATMs, a post office, restaurants, typical bars, a German cafe with delicious cakes and a public swimming pool. Zu der wunderschönen, ruhigen Lage sowie dem herrlichem Infiniti-Pool, kommt eine extrem hochwertige und vollständige Ausstattung . Alle (!) supergepflegten und sauberen Räume verfügen über riesige Fenster und traumhafte Ausblicke auf den Atlantik. Die moderne in den Wohnraum integrierte Küche ( mit vollständigen Geräten, reichlich Besteck, Geschirr, Schüsseln und Gläsern für jeden Zweck sowie gefülltem Weinschrank) hätte spielend für ein Mehrgang-Menue mit 6 Personen gereicht. (ausserordentlich!) Die beiden luftigen Schlafzimmer mit ebenfalls sehr hochwertigen Betten und Matratzen machen einem die Auswahl schwer (wir haben letztlich beide benutzt ;-). Sehr stylisch, modern, hell aber dennoch liebevoll und mit tollen Details gestaltet ist schon der Aufenthalt innerhalb der Villa ein echtes Erlebnis (die Bilder bei FEWO entsprechen vollständig den Tatsachen). Der geschützte schöne Outdoor-Essplatz, die beiden tollen Terrassen und der schöne Poolbereich (alles mit guten Liegen und Sesseln) , sowie der nochmal separate Grill-Essplatz (mit großem Gasgrill) locken aber ständig nach draußen. Man mag gar nicht weg um den Rest der Insel zu erkunden und so haben wir uns nach jedem Ausflug wieder auf den Abend in "unserer" Villa gefreut. Die Kommunikation war prima (per E-mail und SMS) und Manuel und Bettina Alvarez (beide aus Deutschland) haben uns zu Beginn am Haus sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und auf alle Geräte und alles Wissenswerte eingewiesen. (inklusive Tipps zu Ausflügen und Umgebung). Beide waren auch während unseres Aufenthaltes auf Zuruf(SMS) jederzeit sofort verfügbar (wohnen nur wenige hundert Meter weiter in einer anderen Villa), waren dabei aber sehr diskret und darauf bedacht, dass wir vollkommen ungestört sein konnten. Unsere 10 Tage in der Villa sind wie im Flug vergangen und wir konnte uns nur sehr schwer trennen. "es war einfach traumhaft schön" - Wiederholung garantiert. ##### Martin M. Wir verbrachten im August zwei Wochen in dieser außergewöhnlichen Villa und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Fotos versprechen wirklich nicht zu viel. Das Haus ist perfekt - fast möchte man sagen luxuriös - ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist extrem ruhig und man genießt absolute Privatsphäre. Bettina und Manuel haben uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und waren jederzeit bemüht, uns die Zeit so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.
