In Laguna del Portil/Huelva, Chalet El Paraíso offers step-free access both inside and out, ideally located close to the beach. The 250 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV, a ceiling fan in the living room, and 3 extra standing fans. A washing machine is also available. A baby cot can be provided on request.
The 1,200 m² plot is divided between gardens and private parking for 4 vehicles. The property includes a spacious 35 m² room for guests with reduced mobility, directly accessible without stairs and with a private bathroom.
The house is next to the beach and within walking distance of public transport.
A maximum of 2 pets is allowed.
