"Niente da dire sui proprietari: squisiti e gentilissimi, sempre disponibili, mai invadenti.La casa ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze, quasi del tutto: tranquilla, lontana dalla strada trafficata, spaziosa, con un ricovero coperto per l'auto (e dove lo si trova?). Qualcosina da sistemare però ci sarebbe. La presenza dell'aria condizionata è segnalata tra i servizi offerti, ma non è chiaramente indicato che l'unico condizionatore funzionante si trova in soggiorno e non c'è nelle due camere da letto, col risultato di patire il caldo durante la notte, e con temperature esterne mai sotto i 30 di notte,...dormire bene può risultare complicato. Cercare di incanalare con un ventilatore (parecchio rumoroso) l'aria fredda prodotta nel soggiorno non funziona: nelle camere non arriva aria fresca, in soggiorno il clima è gelido, il rumore del ventilatore disturba il sonno.Mi spiace, ma il vacanziero che cerca una casa vuole dormire bene e non deve adattarsi per forza a sopportare il caldo torrido perché così fa chi abita nel luogo...mettere il condizionatore nelle camere è ormai necessario!La casa è nel complesso comoda, dotata di molti "accessori" come il barbecue esterno e un terrazzino per mangiare all'aperto...se vi fosse una tenda a riparare dal sole. C'è la lavatrice nel box (non ho ben capito perché non stia nel bagno visto che ci sono tutti gli attacchi e scarichi necessari)...Però, in un'isola che spesso soffre di siccità, consiglierei l'aggiunta di una lavastoviglie."

"Posizione strategica per visitare Bosa, le spiagge e l'entroterra, ancora inserita in un contesto rurale non troppo turistico. Ambienti spaziosi, accessoriati nei particolari, luminosi. A disposizione degli ospiti ombrellone e sedie per la spiaggia. Molto gradita la presenza dell’host all’accoglienza. Consigliato!"

"Maria Teresa’s amazing hospitality begins from the minute you book your holiday. This is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful house and even though this was 9 yrs ago, Maria Teresa remembered us. Her thoughtfulness extends to every aspect of the stay. We were welcomed with delicious almond cookies and cold bottled water which was very welcome after the journey. The house itself is truly wonderful with many different seating areas, inside and out, and full of gorgeous flowers, and shady trees.The house is incredibly well equipped for a holiday home. With comfortable beds and outdoor furniture including tables outside, loungers and hammocks for the garden, and a rocking chair on the fabulous balcony, overlooking the sea. The kitchen has everything you need to cook many meals. There’s so much more crockery and utensils than your usual holiday home. The Wifi works well. Water pressure is good. Everything is so comfortable.We spent many a night in the house, playing cards, listening to music, and watching the stars. Previously we did cook in the outdoor kitchen, although this time we ate out much more.They have written the most wonderful guide - all the restaurants, nearby beaches and tourist attractions are listed and described in detail. Last time we discovered some amazing beaches to return to, but would have to return every year to go to all the places mentioned. This is tuly one of the most beautiful areas of Italy and we already long to return again."

"Das alte Haus wurde sehr aufwendig und großzügig renoviert, es ist in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist absolut top, es fehlt an nichts. Das Highlight natürlich die beiden Dachterrassen mit traumhaftem Blick auf das Meer, das Dorf und den Flugverkehr der Schwalben! Dir ruhige Lage mitten in Cuglieri hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir waren mit dem Mietwagen hier, Parkplätze sind in 3 - 5' zu Fuss erreichbar, war kein Problem für uns. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin des Hauses war vor, während und nach unserem Aufenthalt ausgezeichnet.Der Ort Cuglieri mit seinen hübschen Kleinläden und einigen Einkehrmöglichkeiten hat uns sehr gefallen. Vorallem das " Le Dolci Note" hat es uns sehr angetan; ein Familienbetrieb mit leckeren Dolci und feinem Cappuccino."
