"Nice location in the old town of Ragusa which is where you want to be - so could walk to all the highlights easily from here. The rooms are split out onto several floors so be prepared for lots of step. The room was nice but very dark so was happy there was access to a beautiful garden where you could sit and enjoy a drink. There was free parking and plenty of spaces at the top of the hill so dump the luggage at the entrance and then keep driving up."

"A winding, narrow road: welcome to Ragusa. Although the room was off a main road the small markings made us second guess whether we were actually there or not. We were greeted by a very nice lady who checks you in, puts out the breakfast, and cleans the rooms. Up a flight of narrow stairs was our room and one other. "A little piece of heaven on earth. Tranquil and ideallic. Did not want to leave! To fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves lapping on the rocks was wonderful. "We were very impressed when we arrived with how clean the property was. It was immaculate! The hosts were amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodate us. To the extent of purchasing an ice cream birthday cake for my daughter’s 4th birthday and helping us fix our broken wheels on our pushchair and ordering us pizza to be delivered. They were so helpful! What an amazing place to stay! You won’t be disappointed."

"Wonderful experience at this hotel which is in a renovated palazzo. The front desk staff were wonderful and friendly, especially Marisa who recommended the zucchini pizza at the restaurant around the block. The room was fine, very comfortable bed. The morning breakfast was laid out the grand ballroom and there were many options to choose from in the buffet. We felt very well cared for from start to finish. Our only regret was that we were just staying one night. We wish we could have stayed longer. "
