"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

"Very nice hotel and friendly staff. "

"Very friendly people, nice room, excellent breakfast. Street parking (free). Very accommodating of our service dogs. Long flight of stairs to the upper rooms, but manageable. "

" Staying at this beautiful Italian palace was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Salvatore made us feel completely at home. He was incredibly kind and always ready to help. The room was charming and tastefully decorated, and the atmosphere throughout the house felt peaceful and authentic. Breakfast was a real treat, with delicious homemade pastries prepared with so much care. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more memorable stay."

"It was an amazing stay. We can only recommend this hotel. The villa is Wonderful and the people working there are lovely. The breakfast was really good with lots of food."

"Just wow! It was such a real privilege to have had the opportunity to be guests at this stunning family palace, and to have been hosted by Riccardo, the great grandson of the original owner. From the moment we stepped inside the building we could not believe our eyes. Every room has very high exquisitely painted ceilings. Our room, despite being the cheapest option, which was still amazing value for money, was very spacious, scrupulously clean, and beautiful furnished with the most comfortable...

"The rooms and hotel is spotless immaculately clean. The beds are comfortable with a safe for storage of valuables. There was an extra single bed to put luggage and clothes on because there are no drawers for storing clothes. And the closet had mix match of clothes hangers not suitable for hanging pants. There are exterior stairs at entrance without handrails posing a tripping hazard. I gripped on a decor plant by the stairs for stability. The breakfast was toast bread and cold cut meats every...

"We had a wonderful 2 week stay here. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. It was very central to all the attractions and restaurants but was quiet at night. The staff were lovely and friendly & any questions were answered promptly. We really enjoyed our stay."
