The listing did not indicate that it would cost an additional 33/day to heat the pool, only that you had to give them 3 days notice. My only complaint is it was HORRIBLE trying to get in touch with someone about the property. The television did not work so for 4 days we had no way to stream (which was an amenity listed on their profile) and for 3 days I was texting facade and kept getting the same response (we will forward to local property manager) and it NEVER got resolved and we NEVER saw anyone.
