After 2 hurricanes in 2024, we have completely renovated every unit. Everything is new again in this 1955 Historic Inn on Charlotte Harbor. The units are a cozy 325 sq. ft. with a living area, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and a full kitchenette. The Sunset Inn is located on Bayshore Rd in Charlotte Harbor, walking distance to the new Sunseeker Resort. I stayed at Sunset Inn again because it’s perfect for my needs. It’s so clean and modern and has all the essentials to cook a meal. The bed is really comfortable with an extra blanket as needed. The remote control works like a charm for climate control. A nice walking pier is steps away. Communication with the manager by e-mail, text, or phone is fast and easy. I did communicate a couple of small maintenance issues this morning and he said he would jump right on it.
