This is one of four completely renovated and remodeled modern apartments just 1.5 miles from downtown Punta Gorda and 2 miles from the Punta Gorda airport.

There is a beautiful walking and biking path 3/4 of a mile away. Private, quiet and convenient with all the amenities you could ask for from a "Super Host"!

Basic, clean, and comfortable

Nicely updated and comfortable bungalow/half duplex. Modest but tidy. Very good communication from owner. Location is suitable for a base of operations for exploration of the Punta Gorda area, but its proximity to a major thoroughfare results in a lot of traffic noise. The sound machines in the bedrooms are effective at blocking the traffic noise during sleep, a considerate amenity. Basic yet clean and affordable accommodations with a lot to do within a drive of an hour or less.

Clean, nicely located apartment in Punta Gorda

We have been using this apartment for our employees who are currently doing a job in Punta Gorda. It has a great location, its all new and renovated, clean and the owners are easy to contact by email. We will continue to use this apartment until the job is complete as our employees like it so much and the price is affordable and within our budget.

This vacation rental was perfect for us! Very clean (bedding and towels smelled so fresh!), comfy bed, and stocked with all essentials. Clean, cute - a little off the beaten path but still close enough to downtown Punta Gorda/other things to do that it was still convenient. Thomas was great throughout the process. The place was exactly what we needed, and we'd definitely stay again.
