Michigander's Dream

  • Your Punta Gorda adventure begins at this 3-bedroom condo. Inside, guests find two queen beds, one twin bed, and a full bed, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax. The condo unit# 5021 features two bathrooms, making mornings easy and convenient. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or gearing up for a new adventure, this gorgeous condo provides a welcoming retreat. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our condo.

    While we call this the Michigander's Dream, you can be from anywhere in the world and still enjoy this beautiful spot! It has resort-like amenities and access to the golf course (included in your stay!)

    A separate lease agreement is required by the Community HOA (minimum rental period : 1 month)

    A Membership Transfer Application Form must also be completed.

    We will request your e-mail address the day of booking.

    The HOA requires the documents be signed at least 30 days before the start of your stay. If you rent with less than 30 days before your stay, the grace period is 15 days before the start of your stay.
