We are local hosts and spent 6 months making our place GREAT for You! It’s new, clean, and ready for your stay while making memories or travel working. We take great pride in what we have to offer. With being only minutes away from historic downtown Punta Gorda there is so much to explore. From amazing food and dining experiences to watching the sunset or sunrise on Charlotte harbor you won’t be disappointed. Paradise is calling, come and enjoy.

Reservation canceled 3 hours before check in.
There's really nothing to tell. On the airplane ride down.. We received a notification that our money was refunded and the property was canceled leaving us to quickly try and find another place on new years eve. And to be fair it may not have been the owner's fault it was a short notice that had been accepted. As for the rating of the cleanliness and location etc. those cannot be determined since I never made it to that area.
