Check in was fast, but our first room had an issue where all lights in the unit repeatedly turned on throughout the night. They did rectify the issue by moving us, which was the only positive. Pools are freezing, lounge chairs are impossible to get, and restaurant/bar service was painfully slow. I’ve been chasing a copy of my invoice from February, with no response via email or a phone call back (after 5 voicemails). Management is incredibly disorganized. Staff are kind, but clearly overworked. I have requested a phone call from management on several occasions, and have yet to hear from anyone. Gorgeous property, terrible execution. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, going to Fisherman's Village for shopping and drinks under the tiki hut, exploring Punta Gorda and the gulf beaches. This condo truly is a "gem".
