Comfortable space with plenty of bedrooms and a fabulous view of the beach from the living room. The location was fantastic: walking distance to restaurants and shops, surfboard rentals, and two beaches. The complex has a really nice pool and a place to rinse off if you're coming in from the beach. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful with suggestions for what to do during our stay. The condo was great. Lots of room, everything we needed in the kitchen, and a great location to everything. The surfboards were an added bonus and the walk to the beach was short. The condo itself was clean, large, comfortable, well stocked with towels, fully-equipped kitchen and they even had some children’s books and outdoor toys. When we arrived we were greeted by Abraham who showed us around the unit, and there was fresh salsa, guacamole and chips waiting in the kitchen. A welcome treat after a long travel day. There is a strict 11 o’clock quiet time which is wonderful. The pool was fantastic and I definitely recommend this place for its balcony. This was definitely not an adults only Location, just be aware of that. We will definitely come back. Jesus was fantastic and helped us with all needs. He met us at the condo and had chips and guacamole waiting. Our housekeeper came twice during our stay which was an added bonus! The four bedrooms have excellent air conditioning which is a must during the hot, humid summer. The condo is in walking distance to Stinky's beach for surfing and all the restaurants. Although we cooked in the condo most days, we did enjoy the local coffee shop and eateries while there. Additionally, the house was stocked with beach towels, foam surf boards, and sand buckets if you have a little one. Jesus have us his cell number in case we needed anything. A few minor areas for improvement: bathrooms were stinky with sewer smell that would not go away; not sure if that is just the overall septic issue? Dryer didn’t work well so when we tried to dry towels overnight they just ended up smelly and damp. They didn’t dry outside overnight either as it was muggy. Nothing major. Everything is well maintained and in good working order. The kitchen was well stocked - even had containers for leftovers. We are mainly out doing activities so we didn't spend a lot of time on the property. It is a great place to stay, clean, comfortable and Alan is very accommodating.
