Air conditioner problem in one bedroom Punta Mita resort area was great. We felt very comfortable and safe. Beach club at Hacienda Mita condos, short walk down the hill, was perfect to relax by the pool. Luis would serve drinks and walk into town to bring back food to the swimming pool. Pedestrian gate by beach club allowed us to easily walk from resort into town of Punta de Minta for dinner most nights. Condo was nice with golf course and sea views. Plenty of room for our party of six. I did have a significant problem with the air conditioning. Each room has a separate a/c. The a/c in our bedroom did not work the entire stay. Temperature stayed about 76 deg. F in bedroom even with bedroom door open 24/7\. Sleeping was uncomfortable. Maintenance men worked on unit second and third day. Very comfortable bedrooms and very well appointed kitchen. More than enough space for the 4 of us. We could have doubled the size of our group and still been very comfortable. Club access to all the beach clubs was a lot of fun and appreciated. The condo was immaculate and had daily cleaning service from super sweet young lady. I’m a tough critic when spending this kind of money, and it was well worth it. A rare occasion (for me) where the experience exceeded my expectations. Also concierge had some helpful suggestions and made good recommendations for activities and meals. 5 stars plus. ##### John Neslage N.
