We were so comfortable here and absolutely loved watching the sunrise from the patio. The view was amazing and being so close to other accessible beach clubs was really fun. I would highly recommend staying here and would Love to come back in the future!

Winter vacation
Our stay at Casa O was amazing. Everything was exactly as described. The location was amazing - right on the ocean, literally next door to the gate to walk to town, and central within the Punta Mita walls to make an easy golf cart ride anywhere we wanted. The housekeeper and cook, Teresa, was wonderful. We were unsure about a condo/villa vs staying in a hotel, but this far exceeded our expectations and we will be looking to book again soon.

The perfect home for a vacation
Casa O is a spectacular home. Incredible location with fantastic ocean views, and easy walking access to all the restaurants in Punta de Mita as well as all the amenities on the Punta Mita resort. The home is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a luxury vacation. And all topped off with great service from the owner, and onsite team. Highly recommend. We'll plan on staying there again for sure.

Gorgeous condo!
We can’t say enough about this wonderful vacation property. Located on a stunning, peaceful beach surrounded by beautiful infinity edge pools, it is a serene destination for sure. Perfectly suited for a large family or two couples and kids. The beds were so comfortable and boasted beautiful, high-end bedding. The porch is spectacular and perfect for reading and chatting and resting. My favorite spot was the outdoor bed; no better place for napping. Teresa is an amazing cook. Our meals were delicious and really the best food we had anywhere. She kept our house tidy, and our bed made each day. Just an overall wonderful experience!

Thiis home is perfectly located right on the beach and just steps into town. Our concierge, Max, was very helpful and our cook Teresa made us wonderful breakfasts each morning. Our family of eight enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely return.

We loved this property and the resort property in general. Can’t wait to return!
The condo was open and airy with great views of the beach and ocean. Both master bedrooms were spacious and the 3rd bedroom with the 2 double beds was great for our kids. The staff was attentive and chef’s meals were fantastic.

Best Family Vacation!
This was the first time we have visited Punta Mita and it did not disappoint. The condo was absolutely beautiful and right on the beach. Theresa made some of the best food we have ever had and was such a joy to work with. Dennis helped answer all of our questions along the way and was a wonderful owner to work with. We will 1000% be returning to Casa O for future vacations.

Fabulous visit
Teresa Max and Dennis and the property all made our visit one to remember. The food, service and hospitality were great. The golf cart beach clubs and activities were lots of fun. The home is spacious full of amenities and super comfortable. View from the deck being right on the beach is breathtaking. Hope we get to return.

Wonderful Stay
We just returned from Casa O and it was wonderful. Max (property manager) and Theresea (housekeeper and cook) were fantastic and always one step ahead of us. The owner kept us updated prior to the visit. I can't say enough about Punta Mita - it was our first time. We have been to many beaches and this has the best mix of great water, great waves and superior beach clubs. Give PM and Casa O a try.

Incredible Punta Mita Condo
This condo is a fantastically well appointed unit in Hacienda de Mita, located beachfront with great views. The housekeeper, concierge, and the owner were all very attentive and responsive. Highly recommended!

Glorious stay!
Everything we could ask for! Great concierge service, chef, housekeeper, views, pool, ocean! Access to all the beach clubs, all were fantastic. We loved cruising around in the golf cart, felt 100 percent safe with the security gates and guards. Loved our little walks into town to all the great restaurants and coffee shops. The beds were SO comfortable! We can’t wait to come back. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Amazing Property, Perfect Location
We had 3 couples for 5 days at Casa O - and everything was perfect. This condo is perfectly located with pool and beach access as well as easy golf cart drives around the area to restaurants, beach clubs, golf course etc. Really could not have been better!

Fun for everyone!
The condo itself is beautiful and spacious enough for all guests to have room to relax. The grounds around the condo and the whole community are lush and well kept and we loved touring the grounds in our golf cart. The pool and beach are literally right outside and wonderful. The security was outstanding and we felt safe at all times. But the best part was Teresa, our housekeeper and cook - she was a pleasure to have around and made the most delicious food. The negatives are: bugs in the kitchen, construction noise during the day, and restricted access to the fitness center.

This property was absolutely wonderful! Beautifully decorated and fabulous location! Rodolpho was wonderful and took care of all our needs. Teresa not only cleaned our place daily (and made our beds), but she also made us the most delicious breakfasts! We will miss her! The owner is also very attentive and communicative if you have any questions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested!

Exceptionally well cared for place in ideal location
We’ve stayed in a number of different condos in the Hacienda de Mita complex. Casa O is the best of them. The decor is beautiful and interesting. The place is very well equipped for a group of 6-8 people. Everything works well and in the rare case where it doesn’t, the staff are on it like a high end hotel. And the location is ideal for walking into town or surfing out front.

We had a wonderful stay at the lovely property! It was beautiful and in great condition. But, it is really the concierge staff and Tere (the housekeeper) who make it so terrific. She is a fantastic cook and was so lovely--can't say enough about her! And the concierge really made a big difference, helping to prep for our stay and then taking care of anything we needed while there. The whole area is really lovely. The beach club access is great, but they book up super fast right now (not sure if this is partially Covid) so there were times we were told they were full so if those are important to you (and they likely are because the beach out front is not really a sandy swimming beach) then get there early or try to reserve ahead. We loved The Surf Club most. Also, pretty good snorkeling right out front of the condo. It was a really great stay and I would highly recommend this property.

This is a great property in Punta Mita. This is the best located of the Hacienda de Mita properties, right next to the beach club, a short walk from the town entrance, and right on the beach. The room is very nicely appointed, and the cook who helped us was superb. This is a great choice.

Wonderful stay in Mita at Casa O!
Our family spent a wonderful week at Casa O! We enjoying the comfortable and decorative accommodations, the cleanliness and amenities. Dennis provided helpful information about all the surf breaks and the beach clubs. We also enjoyed watching the “ Clásico del Anclote” surf comp while relaxing in the pool. Perfect way to kick off summer and celebrate a long and challenging year!

Paradise!
We’ve stayed at different units inside Hacienda de Mita for the last 5 years. This unit is by far the most beautiful we’ve seen. The decor is incredible. The concierge was great. Highly recommend.

Exceptional Property and Vacation Experience
Casa O is a premier property all around. The home is stunning and its location on the property is amazing. The pictures are wonderful but Casa O and the landscape is simply breathtaking upon arrival. Punta Mita resort is beautiful and easy to explore but Hacienda de Mita and Casa O are so lovely we found ourselves simply wanting to relax right there. What truly makes this vacation exceptional are the wonderful people that help you plan your vacation. Dennis went above and beyond to answer our questions, provide wonderful tips and was exceptionally quick to respond to any and all questions or requests. The Hacienda de Mita concierge service is amazing. There is no doubt we will be back to stay at Casa O and enjoy the beauty of Punta Mita. Thank you so much Dennis for being a part of making our holiday so memorable.

The location of condo 105 was fantastic. We didn’t really use the pool or beach right out front (no chairs on beach and no services by the pool- food, drink) but we did enjoy the kipuri and Pacifico beach clubs. Pacifico has a longer beach to walk on and sandy places where you can walk into the water. Kipuri beach has more rocks on the beach. The beach right out from the condo is also very rocky and no sandy places to walk into the water. That was a bummer! The condo was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, linens and pillows were nice. The pillows in one of the rooms were stained and I didn’t like that but they were very comfortable. The kitchen came equipped with all you’d need to cook and serve many people. They had salt, pepper and ziplock bags for our use which was nice. Also coffee filters and an assortment of teas. The management had guacamole and chips upon our arrival which was so nice! They were also very responsive to any of our requests for help with dinner reservations or transportation. We will definitely come back to this area and stay at this condo again.

First I want to thank Dennis for being so responsive. He as well as the concierge team were so on top of things. Second the condo is really beautiful and we expecially loved the outdoor patio space; it was so much larger than we thought. The condo really has everything you need, and I highly recommend letting them stock the condo with food and drinks before you arrive. The homemade salsa and guacamole upon arrival was a great touch. In terms of location, we loved being next to town, but still within the gate. It was so easy to grab dinner. Go to Si Senor - you won't reqret it!! Overall, we had an amazing time!!

Excellent location! Highly recommend.
Our group of two families had a wonderful stay at Casa O. The owner, Dennis, was extremely responsive and easy to work with. The condo unit is perfectly situated just inside the resort gates, providing beach club / amenity access (we went to Kapuri, Pacifico & Sufi), and also an easy 2 minute stroll into a charming town with wonderful shops and restaurants. If you enjoy surfing, a wonderful beginner wave breaks in front of the condo, or hop on a ponga boat to be taken to a few spots with intermediate waves. Our favorite meals were at Babela's, Hector's Kitchen, and Punta Mercedes. Si Sushi was also excellent. We did not need a lot of groceries as Ollin Market is an easy ~8 minute walk and stocked with just about anything one would need and we enjoyed walking around town. We enjoyed morning coffee, smoothies & granola from El Cafecito (5 minute walk). The unit itself is well stocked, nicely decorated and very comfortable, and included daily housekeeping which was wonderful.

Beautifully furnished and decorated condo waterfront in Punta Mita. Quick walk into town. All members of the management team we readily available and very friendly and accommodating. The property owner was full of tips and had great recommendations for everything from dining to surfing to excursions.

Casa O - Amazing!
Our vacation at Casa O was amazing! Everything – the condo, the resort, the town, the surf and the weather – absolutely exceeded our expectations. The condo is extremely spacious, and very comfortable. We were especially impressed by the decorating and artwork at Casa O – the pictures on VRBO are great, but they don’t compare to the real experience. The HDM development is also amazing - we truly enjoyed the wide variety in the beach clubs, the walking paths and the golf courses that Punta Mita has to offer, with use of the "Premium" membership that comes with renting at Casa O. The HDM experience is made even better as a result of the immediate proximity of the town, and the great restaurants, surf shops and other conveniences immediately next door. We will be back to HDM in the future, for sure!

Gorgeous Beachfront Villa
My family and I stayed at Casa O for 4 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday and absolutely fell in love with the place! It was 5 adults and 3 children – the condo was perfect for all of us. It’s on the beach and also within feet of all the popular restaurants and shops. In the months leading up to our stay, Dennis kindly sent us recommendations on what to do, where to eat and reserving golf carts for transportation. He was so extremely accessible and ready to answer any question that I had. The condo comes with amazing concierge service as well. Through them, you can pre-order groceries, set up airport transportation, make restaurant/activity reservations, schedule a cook/chef for any meal, and the list goes on. Along with concierge service, it also has Premium Membership which means that you can access most of the beach clubs within the resort gates. What I most loved was the condo's interior design. We immediately felt like we were staying at a close friend’s house – it was so beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. I loved all of Dennis’s personal touches from photos to surfboards to the bowl of shells collected from the beach. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you, Dennis!

Love the Big "O"
We thought it was the best in Punta Mita got there the last day of the hurricane,rain wind,was real nasty. Next day sunshine next 9 days sunshine. We were 3 couples the property was great,clean very well kept up ! Had the pool to ourselves every day except 1 hour the whole time. Our maid was great very friendly kept everything spotless. Was about our best trip, hope to return soon !!

Fantastic place for a family with exceptional concierge and easy access to everything
We (family with 3 small children) met and stayed with my parents at Casa O for a week. The condo is great! It's extremely spacious with large common areas, but also huge bedrooms (exactly as described and shown). The view is peaceful. Sunrises and stars are beautiful. The beach is pebbly but tranquil. The pools are quiet and friendly to children. We mostly spent our days at the lovely beach clubs and just had a magical and relaxing time. I'll echo other reviewers and reinforce the warmth of the host and the exceptionally attentive (but not intrusive) concierge. We had a stocked kitchen and bar, phenomenal babysitters and baby rental gear waiting for us. We enjoyed dinner through Julianos as well as at some outstanding restaurants in town. It was truly one of the easiest and most enjoyable trips we've taken with our kids. Many thanks to the gracious host and staff!
