LOCATION:

Sanctuary Bamboo Villa is located at the Cocotal Golf & Country Club in Bavaro-Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The villa is situated on the golf course. Cocotal is a large golf resort and gated residential community with 24-hour security and access control. The resort features a beautiful 27-hole golf course, training facilities, a social club with a pool area, a restaurant and bar, and a very convenient mini-market.

Located at the Melia Resort, just a few minutes away, you’ll have access to the Rafa Nadal Tennis Centre ($), which includes tennis, pickleball, and paddle courts.

For guests who want to explore beyond the resort, the white sands of Bavaro Beach are just a 5-minute drive from the Cocotal entrance. You’ll also find a wide selection of local restaurants, beach bars, cafes, shops, and entertainment right outside the resort gates.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located about 17 kilometres or about 10.5 miles from the resort entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

NOTE: Villa guests do not have access to the Melia/Palma Real Beach Club, which is for owners only.

THE PROPERTY:

Sanctuary Bamboo Villa is a stunning two-story villa with 4 bedrooms, 4½ bathrooms, contemporary design, and a spectacular pool overlooking the golf course.

As you pass through the main entrance, you’ll be greeted by a stunning garden, designed to blend seamlessly with the villa’s architecture. The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa and a large flat-screen TV. Both the living area and the dining room offer access to the pool and the backyard. From the living room, step out onto the terrace, where a second seating area awaits, complete with sofas and a dining set. On the left side of the villa, you’ll find the kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, and a spacious terrace with lounge chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay. Enjoy your meals in the elegant indoor dining room with silver chairs and a custom-made dining table, or opt for a more relaxed outdoor experience by the pool. The best way to spend the day is to relax in the sun, cool off with a refreshing dip in the pool, and enjoy snacks in the poolside lounge.

THE BEDROOMS:

Villa 392 features 4 bedrooms, including 1 bedroom on the first level and 3 bedrooms on the second level.

NOTE: All bedrooms have a king-size bed.

Bedroom 1 (ground floor): with a king-size bed, air conditioning, TV, mini-fridge, closet, and private bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 2 (upper level): with one king-size bed, air conditioning, TV, mini-fridge, closet, and private bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): with a king-size bed, air conditioning, TV, closet, private bathroom with shower, and access to a balcony overlooking the pool and golf course.

Bedroom 4 (Upper Level) with one king-size bed, air conditioning, TV, closet, private bathroom with shower, and access to a balcony overlooking the pool and the golf course.
