### Villa Maria Cocotal Golf

Recently renovated and decorated, Villa Maria is the perfect option for a family vacation with the peace and security of Cocotal Golf.  
It consists in 3 en suite bedrooms with a capacity for 6 people. It has a private pool, BBQ, terrace and golf views.  
Located within Cocotal Golf, Villa Maria begins with a double door that accesses to a simply majestic living area. The living room has a living area, a dining room and a separate kitchen. All the area has large windows with a straight view to the pool area.  
The terrace has a seating area. Next to it, there is a daily dining room with BBQ. The immeasurable garden has a private pool and jacuzzi to enjoy the beautiful sun of Punta Cana.  
The whole villa is yours. There is no one else to share with. The swimming pool and garden are private. The property is located in Cocotal Golf & Country Club, 5 min away from the main entrance. Gated area with private security 24 hours. There is a free car park available at the property.  
Punta Cana airport is just 25 min away and Bavaro beach (Los Corales) about 10 min from your villa.
