  • Beachfront! The WOW factor as soon as you enter the door. This stunning, modern, totally renovated three bedroom, three bathroom condo has it all. You are first line on the beach. Hear the ocean, feel the breeze. It doesnt get any better than this. Third floor Penthouse...which means you have a HUGE rooftop terrace with tropical thatched Palapa roof and twinkling lights for ambience in the evening. The rooftop comes complete with BBQ, Bar area including drinks fridge,dining area, and Balanese Bed to relax day or night.
    On the main floor, you have a commercial grade kitchen, laundry pantry area, beautiful dining living area with patio doors opening up to a covered balcony with breakfast/dining to enjoy overlooking the beach and ocean. Stunning inside and out! This is new to our portfolio (July 2023) And we are so excited to share it with you
    Please note electricity is not included in the Rental Price. This will be charged separately, and paid at check out. Short term renters may not have guests that were not part of the original booking. The beach restaurant is closed until further notice
