This hotel is very modern. The pools are very clean and beautiful. The room smell clean and well kept. The king size bed was so comfortable, slept well every night. Went to celebrate my girlfriend’s milestone birthday and the staff took good care of all of us.

The Dreams Cap Cana location doesn’t disappoint! It’s my 4 stay at a Dreams hotel in the Points Cana area and they do hoteling very well. At the Cap Cana location, my concierge person, Karlina, was amazing, welcoming and very hospitable. At the VIP lounge, we had the best bartender, Ruth. And at the pool, entertainment flows all day long, along with there super excited Elian, aka Fabuloso. Overall, Dreams Cap Cana was a great 5 day stay.

What I can say about my experience is that out of the 3 resorts I’ve stayed at. Cap Cana is the best. I couldn’t find one bad thing to say about it. And for other people that don’t know where to go. I recommend try Cap Cana. I will definitely return ❤️

The entertainment staff and bar tenders stood out the most to us on our stay, there’s new activities every day and the staff is very involved and has great energy, Fabúloso, caramel, and chezpita from the entertainment are the absolute best, as well as Manny and Jordani from the preferred bars make the best drinks and are extremely friendly.

We had an amazing experience at Dreams Cap Cana! Everything was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. The resort was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. A special shoutout to Elian Delva from the animation team—he was absolutely the BEST! He was so friendly, energetic, and made sure everyone was having a great time.
