Luxury Sunshine II. villa with SEA & GOLF VIEW, pool heated, CHEF & staff incl.

  • Modern and wonderful villa close to the beach in Puntacana Resort & Club, housekeeping & CHEF incl.
    Unique terrace which is possible to close with removable glasses to admire the sea and golf with the capricious weather in December - March.

    Villa consists of 5 suites (5 rooms + 6 bathrooms), family gathering room, gourmet kitchen, lower level terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation, upper level terrace for reading, relaxing or just having a cocktail overlooking the front golf and sea.

    The bigger swimming pool of Tortuga Bay (50x17 ft, 15x5 m) with 2 fountains. Sitting areas in the pool with jets to relax the day away. Volleyball net in pool for sports enthusiasts.

    Master Bedroom : 1 King bed with ensuite bathroom, TV and private balcony with sofa and sea & golf views.
    Second bedroom : 1 King bed with ensuite bathroom, closet, TV and direct access to pool

    As guest of Luxury Sunshine II. Villa you will be located inside Tortuga Bay, a gated private community inside Puntacana Resort & Club, 5 minutes from the airport.
    You will have access to Playa Blanca, La Cana/Casa Club ant the Tennis Club, also to the many restaurants of resort (La Yola, La mare, Bamboo....). Enjoy all the resort has to offer!!

    Our villa is staffed with a full time very good CHEF and daily housekeeping. We can provide a menu of items routinely requested, but the CHEF is happy to prepare anything under your direction. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your stay.
    Within 10 minutes of the villa you will also find many fabulous restaurants and casual bars for a fun night out.

    We include 1 roundtrip airport transfer with the rental. If you would lite to have a Golf Car for your travel back and forth the to beach, we have a 6 person car and 4 person car available for the rent.

    Use of the villa is limited to registered guest. Unexpected quests/paid companions will not be approved for access.

    Property is 2 minutes of walk to the Casa Club (beach, bar, restaurant and swimming pool) and beach Serena.
    Attention to details makes this villa the perfect choose for your vacation.

It was a very nice home. The staff was great. We had great meals prepared that were very good. The house had everything you needed from many different area to sit outside, lots of seating around the pool and very short walk to the golf club house and beach club. The location was on the driving range which initially I thought might be a negative, but turned out to be great because of the privacy.

Wonderful family vacation

Our family of 12 enjoyed an amazing week at Sunshine II. The staff were just wonderful and the chef provided amazing meals. Although communication was sometimes a fun challenge our translation app was able to assist with this. We loved the proximity to the beach and clubhouse and the decision to book the golf cart was was perfect. We look forward to a return visit!

Enjoyed our family visit. Chef and staff were great. We had 5 four and under so pool was really great as well as yard play space next to golf course. The beach is about 1/2 mile walk so renting a golf cart was savior in getting ton the beach w little ones A Big Thanks to owner and their team for making our family vacay special.

This villa is perfect in every way. We could not have asked for anything more as it was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and well cared for. The owners were attentive and immediately took care of requests. The chef and women who maintained the villa also were highly attentive and there to meet our needs. AMAZING!!!

Everything about our stay was incredible, but most importantly, the service was EXCEPTIONAL!! Marisela and Cassandra were super helpful throughout our trip. Dishes constantly cleaned, drinks and food served throughout the day, and they even served the kids meals separately for them in the kitchen!! Robinson was also an amazing cook!! Every dish was extravagant.When we come back, there is no question our family will stay here again.

Great Villa!

The villa was clean and well-appointed. The staff was great, especially the chef. Manuel, the owner, was very responsive to my questions and to my grocery needs for the villa. We ate most of the dinners in the villa since the chef was so good. We were a group of 5 ladies, and we were well taken care of. The location was very convenient to all the amenities, including tennis, the beach, the spa, and lunch spots. The one con: the water pressure in the showers was very low. We will rent again next year!

Great location and staff

Pretty much everything went great, chef and the girls working at the house are friendly, helpful and there to make you feel comfortable. The other interactions with the drivers, house manager and owner were also easy and efficient. If you expect everything to be 100% perfect then stay at a $2000/night room, otherwise this met our needs perfectly and hope to return someday. Thanks to everyone who assisted us during our stay.

Amazing girls trip!

We had 8 women on a birthday trip and had an amazing time. The house is beautiful and the staff (chef, 2 house cleaners, and house manager) are wonderful. We felt very pampered. I highly recommend renting a golf cart as we were able to go to the tennis/pickleball courts, clubhouse, and numerous beaches. I also recommend the EcoTour which the house manager can get you discounted tickets for (and you can get to on a golf cart).

Absolutely wonderful trip

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at sunshine Villa. The best part obviously is not having to cook and clean up after three meals a day, especially with a group of 11. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well.. The staff were all very kind. The trip to Ojos indigenas was worthwhile. Our group had a lot of fun swimming in the pool, swinging on the swings, and going to the beach. We had hot water for showers, which was appreciated. The pool is about 4.5 feet deep, which is just a little bit deep for me to stand in while holding kids, but they had fun playing in the shallow areas. There were beach toys, and pool floats. We rented a golf cart for the week, and I would recommend it (at least with young kids). We hope to return next year!

Great Golf Vacation Experience

If you need a large enough home to accommodate friends and Family this 5 Bedroom/5.5 Bath Village is perfect for your needs. From Booking, check-In, Follow Ups and ultimate Check out Leny, the Ladies in the house, Manager Manuel and Chef Charles will make your stay as at home as possible. Cleanliness, Food Preparation and upkeep of the unit was unparalleled. The Close proximity to the La Cana Golf Course Club House and the rest of the Punta Cana Resort & Club amenities was the perfect spot on easy access and enjoyment. Leny and her staff went well beyond the call of duty and my group will for ever be appreciative. Will most definitely return.

A New Level of Luxury

OMG it was amazing! 11 ladies in search of an extended long weekend of R&R, laughs and friendship and this property was the PERFECT venue. The house was gorgeous and completely functional for our group. Pool was outstanding with lots of privacy and great views of the golf course. Chef Alla was out of this world incredible - we ate 5-star meals three times a day and the support of Marisol and Laura made us feel like royalty. Taking the golf carts to the ocean and around the community was super fun…and imagine being all alone on the most beautiful beach…truly unheard of. The ONLY feedback we had for Leny (the owner) would to put be a ceiling fan over the dining table and that is it! She was terrific to deal with and couldn’t have been more accommodating. THANK YOU for making this such a memorable vacation! We will be back!!!

Excellent Vacay Home for Our Girls’ Trip!

Gorgeous, just like the pictures! Location is fantastic, the uber stunning PuntaCana Golf and Beach Club with the Six Senses Spa is just on other side of driving range from home/pool! Would recommend getting golf cart to leverage quick exploration to all of the resorts and amenities within Puntacana (Playa Blanca; La Yola, The Westin, etc). Similar to other reviews, we did experience low water pressure and waning or no hot water in some, but not all, showers. The AC in the lower bedroom rocks! We enjoyed the doors open to the breezes as well. House Manager Manuel was polite, welcoming and available quickly and with wit by What’s App. Chef Alan and House Staff Cassandra and Camilla were all great and very accommodating: meals were delish - especially freshly made morning juices; we never rinsed or collected a dish. The kitchen was their domain! Special shout out to Manuel and Alan for coming to our rescue with the new golf cart!! Would recommend this property to anyone traveling to beautiful Puntacana!

Fantastic Family Vacation

Our stay at Luxury Sunshine II in Punta Cana Resort and Club was August 2-8. Our first impressions were, WOW!!! It is a beautiful house and met all our expectations and more. The staff, Anthony (chef) and Marisol and Mari (house Staff) were absolutely the best. They spoiled us every minute of our stay. The staff surprised us with a decorated birthday celebration for our son's 22nd birthday. I cannot express how pampered we felt. Everything about the house was wonderful. The ease of getting around the property on the golf cart was great. Manuel, the house manager could not be more accommodating to our needs. The amount of fresh food everyday was overwhelming. The resort area and beaches were pristine. The staff was waiting for our arrival with wonderful appetizers and refreshing drinks pool side. They continued to treat us like kings thru out our stay. The rooms and beds were so comfortable. Anyone who chooses to stay will not be disappointed. Thank-you to Manuel, Anthony, Marisol and Mari. Cannot express enough gratitude for such a wonderful time.

AWESOMENESS - TREATED LIKE FAMILY

Property Managers Lenny and Oliver were incredible - great communication, flexible with our large family of 17,and just extremely nice people! When we arrived Lenny and House manager Manuel greeted us with a special bottle of champagne - didn't expect that - what an amazing touch to make all of us feel special! Manuel and Lenny arranged and picked up flowers for me to give to my wife on our anniversary - they were attentive to our every need! Our Chef Francisco, and his assistants Kayla and Cassandra were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and SPECIAL. These three worked tirelessly all day - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - they were all so AWESOME and SPECIAL - they became our FAMILY - We Miss Them Dearly!!! Chef Francisco is extremely talented - All meals were excellent, tasty, creative, and made to our wishes! The property is EXCELLENT, AMAZING VIEWS, LOCATION, and GREAT SECURITY! After two weeks we did not want to leave, our time was AWESOME and AMAZING because of the SPECIAL people we got to know - Lenny, Oliver, Manuel, Chef Francisco, Kayla, and Cassandra we MISS YOU ALL!!!
