The apartment is located in the Marina Garden 1 residential complex in Cap Cana, where guests have access to all amenities, including adult and children’s pools, sun decks, a BBQ area, a gym, gardens, and a boat launch and parking area. There is a dock right in front of the condo, designated as a fishing area.

We are currently in the sargassum season, a natural phenomenon that can affect some coastal areas of the Caribbean; occasionally, there may be odours.

For stays longer than 27 days, the cost of electricity is not included in the rate and must be paid by the guest based on consumption.

You will be provided with an access key to enter the car park. If lost, there will be a replacement fee of $30 USD.

The property has a BBQ available for guests’ use; if you use it, please leave it clean. If you do not, an additional cleaning fee of $20 USD will be charged.
