Very friendly and helpful

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was very relaxing. The staff was so friendly and willing to help out. We enjoyed sailing and swimming.

Nice vacation

Pros: The grounds and pools were very nice.
Cons: Rooms could use an updating. Our room was extremely cold and couldn't get it to warm up.
Location: Only 17 minutes from the airport.
We had a good family vacation. The food at the specialty restaurants was ok but not exceptional. After getting there we didn't like our room so asked for an upgrade. New room much better but had to pay more for that. When moving I left my necklace in the old room but they were not able to find it so I'm sure the maid has a nice necklace now. When playing games, if you won you were to get funny money but you didn't always get it. The resort is nice and activity people were extremely friendly. All in all it was a good vacation.

Great Hotel

Pros: Great staff, clean facilities
Cons: The inflatable at the beach is broken could do with replacing. Shops at hotel, way too over priced & so are the stall that come in to sell goods.
Location: 15 minutes from airport, but this means that you get people coming for very short breaks on drink fest. Near the dolphin explorer & multipark
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of activities for you to do if you want to join in or can just relax around the pool.

Great Stay

The resort is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. However, they need a lot of improvement if the food quality. The food taste as if it was mass prepared and sits all day until someone orders that dish. Upgrade to be a preferred guest to use the additional amenities such as the private pools and restaurant, the food is much better there. Lastly, do not get caught in the trap of listening to their unlimited vacation club presentation. It's over 2 hours long of them asking a million questions to sell there version of a "time share" you end up wasting most of your morning. Overall great hotel but would stay somewhere else because if the poor food quality.

Resort is nice. Food is ok. Rooms sucked.

The wait for dinner was insanely long every night. No where to go in the air conditioning. The restaurants were hot.

The wait at the restaurants, on the other hand, sometimes gets out of our hands because it will depend on the occupancy of the resort and that is why we use the bippers. This allows you to not have to stand in line until your table is ready, you can go for a drink and they will let you know when to come for your sitting. Lackluster

I've been to a lot of all inclusive resorts and this one fell below the bar. The worst part was probably the food. The buffet had the best, which usually isn't the case. The stafff wasn't always attentive, as I've had at other resorts. My room was fine, but other guests had several complaints about the rooms. My best friend got married there and they didn't even upgrade her to a suite after being told they would several times. The beach was just okay. I'd recommend staying somewhere else if in Punta Cana. I hate writing negative reviews, but the resort was lackluster for a tropical vacation.

Friendly staff, beautiful property. Drink options were decent and food was about 4 out of 5. Meats and fish were cooked to order right in front of you.

Just o.k.

Pros: Dining, grounds, Staff.
Cons: Rooms are dated, bedding was old, Numerous people at front desk complying about conditions and overbooking issues.
Location: Great gift shops two blocks from Hotel. Walk there its worth it. Great Dominican people, very accomodating.
At reception Karina and Yanelis were Excellent. Food was great. All else was average. Not a good value. Can get much more in Punta Cana for same price.

Pros: on the beach and unlimited access to food and beverages
Cons: Restaurants manners for waiters can be trained for better service. Should proof. Indoor billiard tables and ping pong tables with air conditioning.
Location: 3 hours boggest ride are worth joining.
selective restaurants need to waiters to cleanup tables prior asking customers for desert and should take dishes away in between. Generally staffs are polite and friendly.

Amazing friendly staff

This is my second year at dreams we just got back from a 4 day stay (July 2017). Last year we went for a wedding in July 2016 and I fell in love with this hotel. The staff is so friendly and they make your stay amazing. Junior from the world is the best cafe is the best. Will be retuning !
