OK Hotel, not a Luxury hotel at all.
The hotel is OK, we were expecting a lot more than we got. There is nothing wrong with it, but there is nothing impressive about it either.
Hotel beach is nice, they are always cleaning it.
They have a nightly show
There is a large variety of selection at the buffet,
The room and hotel is clean.
The hotel grounds are pretty and well taken care of, the lobby looks nice and is in good condition.
If you are looking for lots of activities you have it, they have activities at the pool and beach most of the days.
Pretty much all beach chairs are broken and in terrible shape, very uncomfortable to lie on.
The staff runs out of basic things such as towels for the rooms and the pools. If you ask for more they have to go find some.
Never got Kleenex replaced as they never had more to provide.
Service is not good, and expects tip to provide a great service. Waiter never asked if we wanted something at the beach and avoided us at all cost.
We got a "renovated" room, and the bathroom definitely looked renovated, but the rest of the room was not. The safe didn't work, the furniture was old, there was little room to store clothes, with only 2 drawers in the room.
We had to leave soap on the floor as there was no where else to put it.
The food in most restaurants there is OK, there is nothing spectacular about it, but it's not bad either.
If you want something to eat at the pool your only options are nachos, hotdog or burger, nothing else.
