Wonderfully located in a complex surrounded by trees, peaceful environment and a 150 meters (490 ft) walk to the beach. This is a seasonal phenomenon influenced by weather and ocean conditions, and the amount of seaweed can vary daily. While we do our best to maintain the beachfront, the presence of Sargassum can temporarily affect the appearance and swimming conditions of the beach. She also helped setting up transportation to and from the airport. The property is just as listed on the site. The grounds were nice and clean. Lots of construction throughout the area (during our stay). The location was great, just a short walk from the beach and the beach club. Property as described. Bed /bedding very comfortable and a/c unit cooled the bedroom very well. Beach and several good restaurants are a short walk away. The unit faces the main street, which is busy and often noisy, but fun to “people watch”. Pool was nice and clean but pool furniture needs attention (not the responsibility of the host).
